Auto EVA 12 Automated Parallel Nitrogen Evaporator

RayKol Auto EVA 12 is a nitrogen blow-down automated evaporation system that provides automated evaporation of up to 12 samples in parallel with endpoint detection. This automated nitrogen evaporation system uses vortex airflow generated from stable angled nitrogen blow, to constantly disturb the sample surface and lower its vapor pressure in order to gain gently rapid evaporation under water bath heating. Each sample position is equipped with optical sensor to precisely determine endpoint of concentration. User can have real-time monitoring to whole process through built-in touch screen, make it easier to access and observe.

Auto EVA 12 Automated evaporation system is designed for large-volume concentration for sample batches, typically used to evaporate extracts of soil and water samples from evironment, azo dye from textiles, fat and acid value from fried foods, as well as residues of pesticides and veternary drugs. Large sample capacity: each batch can accommodate max. 12 samples, flexible in 65mL and 260mL sample tubes, with endpoint detection.


Gradient nitrogen blowdown: achieve by controlling flow rate of nitrogen gas to increase gradually with time, to ensure efficient evaporation.


Adjustable blowdown angle: optimize the shear vortex action by adjust the angle of the needles pointing, to ensure efficient evaporation.


Sprinkle rinsing: optional configuration of rinising module can boost up the recovery rate of target analytes by flushing back the evaporated analytes.


Automatic water refill: Software control water in and out, with water level sensor to detect endpoint of refill and drain the water bath, to keep it hygiene and clean.
